Ms. Wright graduated from Georgia State University in 1990 and received her JD from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 1995.  Ms. Wright is a member of the Georgia Bar.
Ms. Wright gained valuable jury trial experience serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia.   As a prosecutor, she successfully tried more than 30 jury trials.  After leaving the District Attorney's office, Ms. Wright was brought back as a special prosecutor to try a rape, kidnapping, and aggravated battery case.
After leaving the District Attorney's office, Ms. Wright worked for a sophisticated Atlanta litigation firm specializing in insurance coverage disputes.  In 1998, Ms. Wright opened her own law practice in Atlanta, representing plaintiffs.  Ms. Wright found her calling in trying cases and representing plaintiffs: never afraid of a courtroom but with the common sense to know when settlement options should be explored.
In 1996, Ms. Wright worked with Ms. Charlotte Perrell in founding the New Lawyers Section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association allows Georgia plaintiff’s attorneys to belong to one organization with a single interest: representing injured individuals.  Ms. Wright and Ms. Perrell also served in the Bleckley Inn of Court together, an invitation-only Inn of Court.  These professional affiliations would begin a lifelong friendship and partnership for Ms. Wright and Ms. Perrell.
Ms. Wright is committed to community service work as well as law and has served on her neighborhood's Civic Association Board as well as its Historic Preservation Neighborhood Committee.  Ms. Wright has a strong desire to preserve history and to this end has renovated numerous historical homes including her own office building.   In 2005-2006, Ms. Wright was the President of Druid Hills Friends, a charity supporting Children’s Hospitals.   Ms. Wright and attends Buckhead Church and regularly supports its ministries.
